4Discovery, a Chicago based electronic discovery consulting company will present “Are You Prepared for a Data Breach?” sponsored by the ULCC Entrepreneur Group and the ULCC Lawyers Group, on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, featuring a presentation on best practices for responding to a data breach. David Lynam, chair of the ULCC Entrepreneur Group, will moderate the presentation.

Target, Anthem, the IRS, and now a massive loss of records from the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Today’s headlines are ripe with stories of the latest dramatic thefts of confidential information. Did you know that 43% of mid-sized companies have suffered a breach? That Target is defending a federal class action lawsuit seeking millions in damages as a direct result of the loss of credit card information?
