Lynam & Associates Featured in the Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald

On April 17, 2015, the Chicago Tribune featured Lynam & Associates in its online edition. The story was also covered by the Daily Herald on April 16th.

The Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald articles covered our work for our non-profit client, Citizens for Conservation (“Citizens”), where, acting as lead negotiator, we secured a strategically located 13.3-acre parcel in Lake Barrington, Illinois. Citizens is one of the most successful conservation organizations in the U.S., and this acquisition expands its existing Flint Creek Savanna Preserve to 146 acres.

Citizens’ mission is to protect northeastern Illinois habitat and open space, restore biodiversity, reduce storm water flooding, and provide for the recharge of the local water table.

Citizens’ Land Preservation Chairman Alberto Moriondo said Lynam & Associates has been instrumental in leading the efforts to expand land conservation with their expertise in working with non-profit organizations. “David and his team have been passionate advocates, and we would not be where we are today without their invaluable counsel and commitment,” said Moriondo.
