Lynam of Lynam & Associates and Matt Almaguer of Midland IRA on Thursday, May 28, 2015, which will feature a presentation on Creating Alternative Private Investments Using Qualified/IRA Funds.

David Lynam is the principal of Lynam & Associates, a law firm with offices in Chicago and Barrington, Illinois, and chair of the Union League Club of Chicago Entrepreneur Group. Lynam & Associates represents start-ups to mid-market companies, not-for-profit corporations, and their owners as general counsel solving the variety of legal and business problems they face. He is a past Roosevelt University Adjunct Instructor, lecturer, publisher of the Illinois Tax and Business Law Blog, and the author of articles on real estate, taxation, and estate planning. David is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, serving on its Business Law Committee, and. a member of the Illinois CPA Society, serving on its Gift and Estate Tax Committee.
Matt Almaguer is a Business Development Associate with Midland IRA, a self-directed IRA administrator located in Chicago, Illinois. Midland IRA provides custodial and administrative services for individuals who want to utilize their retirement funds for alternative investments such as: real estate, private equity, promissory notes, startup companies, futures and forex, and other investment options. Matt has handled over 250 real estate transactions during his tenure at Midland IRA and is a valued resource for both investors and professionals. Matt specializes in both real estate and private equity industries. Originally from Indiana, Matt graduated from Purdue University with a BSBA in Financial Counseling and Planning.
The program will begin with informal networking at7:30 a.m., followed by self-introductions and the presentation beginning at 8:00 a.m. There is no charge to attend, and anyone receiving our blog is welcome. Members should make reservations through the club website, and feel free to invite a guest.
