Lynam & Associates has achieved success for our clients in state and federal courts, both
at the trial and appellate level.
In a dispute affecting a worldwide association of engineers, we obtained a ruling in a
trademark case from the federal appeals court in Chicago, reversing an adverse ruling
against our client and clarifying the lawful use of industry terminology in their field.
Recently, the firm successfully prosecuted a claim against an overseas company that had
appropriated a client's web domain address and secured a ruling from the National
Arbitration Forum requiring that the web domain address be returned to our client.
